Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking an FSQA Process Improvement Supervisor to drive digital quality initiatives across the manufacturing network. The role focuses on configuring QMS and other digital platforms, transforming quality requirements into scalable workflows and analytics for daily operations and executive decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a science discipline.
• Two to five years QA related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Digital Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience with manufacturing execution or enterprise business systems.
• Experience with workflow development and process automation.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience with cross-functional project leadership and system implementation.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
• ISO background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise QMS and other manufacturing digital platforms.
• Develop automated workflows, business logic, and digital processes to improve food safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting, and data analytics to support operational and executive decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, FSQA, IT, Engineering, and Product Development to identify process improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
• Support system implementation, user acceptance testing, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement of digital quality systems.
• Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and implementation of new technologies across the organization.
