Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow FSM Practice Lead to establish and run the FSM practice within our Solutions organization. This senior role combines architecture ownership on the Intelas NextGen CMMS program with setting delivery standards and reusable FSM capabilities across the portfolio.

You will act as principal architect, mentor other architects, and shape opportunities while hands-on in ServiceNow, including FSM, EAM/CMDB, CSM, and IntegrationHub.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and architect/technical lead experience.
• 4+ years leading ServiceNow FSM implementations end-to-end across multiple engagements.
• Deep experience with FSM, EAM/CMDB, CSM/Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Own the FSM technical direction, standards, and design patterns across iTech FSM engagements.
• Provide architectural QA and delivery oversight, including code reviews and health checks.
• Lead development of reusable FSM assets, accelerators, and delivery playbooks.
