iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Architect – FSM/CMMS to lead the solution architecture for the Intelas Next Generation CMMS program — a commercial healthcare engagement delivered for Intelas (a Compass Group USA company).

This is a senior, architect‑level role responsible for owning the end‑to‑end FSM solution design on the ServiceNow platform and the integration architecture that connects it across multiple ServiceNow products — FSM, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/CMDB, Customer Service

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands‑on ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years as architect or tech lead
• 4+ years FSM end‑to‑end implementations
• Integrations across ServiceNow products (FSM, EAM/CMDB, CSM)
• Experience with ServiceNow mobile and offline
• Strong data model and CMDB/security model
• Scripting in JavaScript (Glide)
• Experience in Agile delivery (Now Create a plus)
• Leadership, mentoring and governance

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture for Intelas CMMS on ServiceNow FSM
• Define architecture across FSM, EAM/CMDB, CSM, Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub, AI/Now Assist
• Publish and maintain the Technical Solution Document and drive sprint decisions
• Lead implementation across features: Work Order, Task Management, Scheduling, Mobile workforce
• Define config standards for digital work orders, field tasks, dispatch rules
• Develop workflows for checklists, questionnaires, compliance
• Configure work order lifecycle, skills‑based dispatch, and other rules
• Support service requests, portal visibility and scheduling preferences
• Design mobile field service with offline functionality
• Support time/labor tracking, field activity reporting
