Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer – Field Service Management (FSM) to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow FSM solutions for federal programs in secure, scalable environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and 3+ years FSM experience, plus strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, and integration skills. The role collaborates with architects, dispatch teams, and Agile delivery teams to modernize enterprise service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years FSM implementation/support experience.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript and Glide APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow FSM solutions for federal requirements.
• Implement and support Work Order Management, Scheduling and Dispatch, Mobile Workforce Enablement.
• Configure notifications, self-service, inventory/asset management, and route optimization.
• Develop integrations with ERP, GIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and Agile teams; perform code reviews.
