Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a senior ServiceNow FSM Practice Lead to establish and run the FSM practice within our Solutions organization. The role combines hands-on architectural work with leadership, mentoring other architects and developers across multiple FSM engagements.

The ideal candidate will own technical direction and delivery standards for FSM, including design patterns and reusable capabilities, while navigating complex, asset-intensive field service contexts such as healthcare and CMMS/EAM

Qualifications

• True ServiceNow architect who has implemented FSM end-to-end across solution and data model, dispatch, mobile, portals, parts/inventory, and integrations.
• Experience owning technical direction across multiple engagements and mentoring other architects and developers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner of ServiceNow FSM across all FSM engagements at iTech AG, setting standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
