Job summary

Alldus seeks an experienced ServiceNow FSM Architect to lead architecture and design of FSM solutions in the United States. You will translate business requirements into scalable FSM implementations and provide technical leadership across workflows, integrations, and configurations.

The role requires hands-on FSM expertise, strong stakeholder management, and deep ServiceNow architectural knowledge. CIS-FSM certification is mandatory and prior success delivering complex FSM projects is essential.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSM Architect to join [Company/Client] and play a key role in designing and delivering solutions across the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) platform. This is an architect-level position requiring strong hands-on ServiceNow FSM experience, excellent solution design capability, and a proven track record of delivering complex FSM implementations. CIS-FSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management) is a mandatory requirement for this role - candidates without CIS-FSM will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow FSM solutions from discovery through to implementation.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow FSM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across FSM implementations, integrations, workflows and configurations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, functional consultants and other architects.
• Define best practices, solution standards and architectural approaches across the FSM platform.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of FSM capabilities including work orders, dispatch, scheduling, mobile and field operations.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow FSM Architect, Solution Architect or Senior FSM Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
• Experience designing and delivering complex ServiceNow FSM implementations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations and platform capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Mandatory: CIS-FSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management) certification.
