Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of customer identity.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service; educate customers on digital tools and self-service options.
• Support branch operations with customer flow, lobby engagement, and routine tasks.
• Follow security, compliance, and internal controls; assist with audits and regulatory requests.
