This role emphasizes security, compliance, and a positive customer experience across branches. The Teller will answer inquiries, educate customers on digital tools, and refer complex needs to specialists while supporting branch operations and team goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete teller and product training.
• Willingness to travel for initial training if needed; company covers travel.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Inquire about needs and refer to appropriate team members for solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Support lobby management and respond to inquiries per bank standards.
• Protect customer information and comply with security procedures.
