Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Teller to serve as the frontline representative delivering a welcoming, accurate banking experience. You will process routine transactions, balance cash, and support customers with everyday needs.

You will educate customers on digital tools, refer to branch partners when necessary, and uphold security and compliance standards while contributing to branch operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Ability to attend 5–7 day initial training program with travel support.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of customer identity and available funds.
• Balance cash drawer within established guidelines.
• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service for routine financial transactions.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
