Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Teller to join our branch team. You will welcome customers, handle routine financial transactions, and guide them through digital tools while maintaining cash accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to complete teller/product training
• Must be able to travel for training if needed; company covers travel costs
• Reliable transportation and 18+ years of age are required

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing) with accuracy
• Maintain cash drawer balance within guidelines
• Assist customers with everyday banking needs and digital tools
• Guide customers to appropriate team members for solutions
• Support lobby management and answer calls professionally
• Maintain compliance with security procedures and policies
