Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Teller to be a frontline representative, delivering accurate, customer-focused banking experiences. You will process routine transactions, maintain cash accuracy, and support customers with everyday banking needs.

You will engage customers, educate them about digital tools, and refer complex needs to branch specialists while upholding security and compliance standards. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliable service in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to attend internal teller and product training.
• Ability to attend a 5–7-day initial training program; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of identity and funds.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to branch specialists for more complex needs.
• Support lobby management and help guide customers to the right team.
