Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the store entrances and exits to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain a secure shopping environment.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet customers warmly and provide a confident, friendly, and energetic presence.
