Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor store environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Excellent leadership skills that support fostering productive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance/exit and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and maintain a positive presence.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and store safety practices.
