Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits to reduce theft opportunities and maintain safety.
• Greet customers with a confident, friendly, energetic presence.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to Manager on Duty.
• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service while enforcing security standards.
