Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food preparation and serving. You will keep the line clean and organized, train the crew, and support daily tasks including office duties and cash handling.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor breaks and shifts, and participate in staff development to cultivate future Service Leaders. Prior experience in a fast-casual setting is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Food safety knowledge and health department familiarity.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Support office administration duties and banking/cash handling policies as needed.
• Help develop and train front of house crew and participate in performance reviews.
