Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by keeping the restaurant line clean and efficient. You will train and develop frontline Crew, monitor quality and safety standards, and help manage shift schedules and daily operations.

Ideal candidates will understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, have cash handling experience, knowledge of food safety rules, and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department rules.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and stocked; ensure line equipment functions.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Support shift scheduling, breaks, and meetings to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and in good working order.
