This role involves recruiting and developing sales associates, delivering training, and maintaining professional standards in daily operations. The position emphasizes ethical representation, collaboration with site trainers, and participation in regular sales meetings to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Wyndham sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing sales teams preferred.
• Maintain production standards.
• No travel outside of home site’s area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines in an ethical, professional manner.
• Deliver required sales targets by closing transactions daily.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance goals of direct reports.
• Lead daily sales meetings and participate in ongoing training with Site Trainer.
• Recruit future sales associates.
• May conduct group sales presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.
