Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales-oriented professional for our Branson site to drive defined sales targets and support development of the sales team. You will represent the company ethically, close transactions daily, and maintain professionalism at all times.

The role emphasizes training, evaluation of direct reports, and recruiting future sales associates, with no travel outside the home site. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing sales teams preferred.
• Maintain production standards.
• No travel outside the home site’s area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner.
• Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing transactions on a daily basis.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports.
• Collaborate with Site Trainer in facilitating initial and ongoing training.
• Recruiting future sales associates.
• May be responsible for group sales presentations.
