Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Frontline Sales Manager to drive sales targets at the home site and lead a growing sales team. You will uphold policies, deliver daily closing results, and participate in ongoing training with the Site Trainer.

The role requires 1–3 years of Wyndham sales experience, team leadership skills, and a strong focus on production standards. Weekend and holiday availability is a must.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Wyndham sales experience required.
• Experience managing sales teams preferred.
• Presidents Club recipient preferred.
• Maintain production standards.
• No travel outside home site area.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets and drive close transactions daily.
• Assist in personnel selection and development.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Adhere to sales policies and guidelines professionally.
• Lead daily sales meetings and participate in training with Site Trainer.
• Recruit future sales associates and contribute to group presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.
