Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales-focused professional to achieve defined targets and support staff development at our home site. The role emphasizes closing transactions daily and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will train and supervise sales associates, participate in regular sales meetings, and contribute to recruiting effort. A real estate license is required, with a preference for college-educated candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Wyndham sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• CA Real Estate License required; High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines.
• Close transactions daily to meet sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and group presentations.
• Collaborate with Site Trainer for ongoing training.
