The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline Loss Prevention Associate at Marshalls in Deptford, NJ. You will deter theft, protect store assets, and support store teams while providing courteous customer service.

You will wear a Body Worn Camera and follow the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure safety and a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include standing at the front of the store, responding to customer requests, reporting incidents, and documenting in the AIIM Case

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound decision making.
• Ability to take initiative and work well independently.
• Effective time management and workload organization.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy.
• Assist customers by directing to store management or customer service.
• Report suspicious behavior to LP or management.
• Perform closing safety sweep of the store.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
