Job summary

SERVPRO of Paramus is seeking a Production Crew Chief to lead restoration projects and deliver excellent service. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, you will supervise production technicians, coordinate workflows, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and physical ability to lift and move equipment. A high school diploma is required with preferred IICRC certifications, and the position offers full-time hours with

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.
• Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards and establish control measures to ensure safety of occupants and workers.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
