Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a frontline supervisor to manage daily operations on the poultry production floor in Douglas, GA. You will ensure targets are met while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency, coordinating team duties and monitoring equipment and workflow.

You’ll lead training, organize resources, and provide feedback to drive productivity. The role requires a proactive safety mindset and collaboration with other departments to optimize processes and cost savings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience with 20+ employees.
• Strong communication, independent decision making, and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and foster a positive work environment to maximize quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify quality improvements and cost savings.
• Support Plant Operations Team with additional responsibilities as needed.
