Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a frontline operations leader for our Cold Spring, Minnesota poultry production facility. You will oversee daily operations on the production floor, coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and ensure production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll train staff, organize resources, evaluate performance, and collaborate with other departments to drive improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of supervision with leadership of 20+ employees preferred; poultry/food industry a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback, both positive and corrective.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Plant Operations Team.
