Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor – Debone to lead daily operations on the poultry production floor in Douglas, GA. You’ll ensure targets, safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating team duties and equipment use.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience (poultry/food a plus) and strong communication skills. DAY shift availability is required, with company benefits and a clear pathway for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience managing 20+ employees preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to achieve quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficiency.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage open communication and team involvement to support company values.
• Collaborate with departments to identify quality improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe workplace.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support Plant Operations Team.
