Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a frontline supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Georgia poultry production facility. You will ensure production targets, uphold safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate team duties on the production floor while responding to real-time operational issues.

Responsibilities include training, organizing manpower and schedules, monitoring performance, promoting open communication, and partnering with other departments to drive quality improvements and cost

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience leading 20+ employees; poultry/food industry experience a plus.
• Strong communication, independent decision-making, basic computer skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership to oversee daily operations on the production floor.
• Coordinate team duties, monitor equipment/workflow, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Lead training and foster a positive work environment to drive quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
