Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Superintendent to lead daily poultry production on the floor, ensuring targets are met while upholding safety and quality standards. You’ll coordinate duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and respond quickly to operational issues to maintain an efficient workplace.

With at least 1 year of supervisory experience, you’ll guide a team of 20+ employees, promote strong communication, and support continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory leadership of 20+ employees preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their potential.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficiency.
• Oversee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote safety and a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with departments to identify quality, cost, and process improvements.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support Plant Operations Team.
