Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee daily poultry production floor operations. You will ensure targets, safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating team activities and responding to operational issues in real time.

You’ll train staff, monitor equipment, and work with other departments to drive improvements. A High School Diploma/GED is required with preferred college coursework; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience leading 20+ employees preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; capable of independent decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and develop a positive work environment to maximize quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for efficient operations.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Promote open communication and team involvement to uphold company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify quality improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and maintain a safe workplace.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support Plant Operations.
