The role emphasizes professional communication, adherence to safety procedures, and precise data entry, labeling, and sample handling. On-site work with daily patient flow responsibilities.

Formación

• Phlebotomy and specimen processing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to enter data accurately and maintain records.

Responsabilidades

• Greets customers and ensures courteous service.
• Collects specimens and explains venipuncture process clearly.
• Prepares and labels specimens, ensures proper storage and transport.
• Maintains records and completes electronic data entry.
• Adheres to safety and privacy policies and PPE usage.
