Job summary

You will hire, train, Coach, and evaluate staff; lead meetings; analyze performance and drive improvements; and ensure compliance with FXG policies and government regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months experience in package handler or supervisor roles.
• Certification program or Associate's degree acceptable in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a staff to ensure safe, efficient package sortation.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Manage compliance with FXG policies and regulations and governmental requirements.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Analyze performance, identify improvements, and implement action plans.
• Conduct daily meetings to share updates and goals; communicate with audiences of various sizes.
• Maintain employee relations and support safety programs.
• Provide training on quality assurance, SWAK, VEDR coaching, and dock safety.
• Mentor junior Supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
