Qualifications

• Six months of package-handler or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and motivate a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data interpretation.
• Knowledge of safety policies and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety and operational meetings to communicate goals.
• Manage staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages and coordination with linehaul.
• Monitor metrics and implement improvements to quality and cost.
• Train new employees on FXG policies, safety, and compliance.
