Job summary

The position requires coaching, planning, and effective communication with team members and leadership, ensuring compliance with FXG policies and government regulations at FedEx facilities.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (retail, fulfillment center, warehouse).
• Ability to supervise staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to ensure safe, efficient package sortation.
• Plan and organize day-to-day operations and staffing.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate updates and safety protocols to staff and shifts.
