Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train, evaluate and manage staff.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control operations.
• Enforce FedEx policies and procedures and safety programs.
• Lead safety initiatives and perform training for new staff.
• Communicate effectively with teams across shifts.
