Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses toward a degree.

Responsibilities

• Hire, terminate, coach, train, recognize and reward staff; evaluate performance and manage discipline.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages and manage trailers with linehaul coordination.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals with staff.
• Mentor and develop other Operations Supervisors.
