Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx Safety Above All culture and initiatives.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees for safe, efficient sortation.
• Analyze operations, identify improvements, and implement actions.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Support development of safety strategies and policies.
• Mentor and develop less-experienced Supervisors.
• Adapt quickly to change and maintain urgency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
