Responsibilities

• Champions FedEx Safety Above All Culture initiatives.
• Leads staffing decisions including hiring, coaching, training and performance management.
• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Manages sortation staff to ensure safe and efficient package flow.
• Analyzes performance and implements improvements to key metrics.
• Leads daily meetings and communicates updates and goals to staff.
• Develops and administers safety and employee relations programs.
• Addresses customer service issues and escalates as needed.
• Trains new employees on duties, performance expectations, and FXG policies.
