• Assign and monitor staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Lead meetings and communicate daily goals to foster clear workforce updates.
• Develop safety and employee relations strategies and ensure policy compliance.
• Train new employees on duties and performance expectations and FXG policies.
