Qualifications

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees to ensure safe, efficient sortation and tracking of packages.
• Analyze performance and implement improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to staff.
• Develop and administer safety and employee-relations programs.
• Handle customer service issues and escalations as needed.
• Train new employees on job duties and standards, including safety procedures.
