Responsibilities

• Serve as a navigation point for customers entering DSS, guiding them to the right programs, services, or staff.
• Provide community information and resources to residents engaging with DSS.
• Screen and direct external customers and internal visitors.
• Update information and assist with assembling eligibility applications.
• Assist with PO Box mail activities.
• Help customers obtain a fishing license if needed.
