Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a navigation point for customers entering DSS, offering guidance and locating relevant programs or staff.
• Provide community information and resources to residents engaging with DSS.
• Screen and direct external customers and internal visitors.
• Update information and assist with application processes and mail duties.
• Assist customers in obtaining licenses or permits as applicable.
