Job summary

The Marshalls team at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Cypress, TX is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, assist store management, and maintain a safe shopping environment.

You will wear a body worn camera and a company-approved uniform while greeting customers and supporting store operations. Ideal candidates will have 0–2 years of retail or security experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front-of-store presence as a visual deterrent.
• Assist store management and LP in loss prevention.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers courteously and refer requests to management.
• Respond to incidents and observe suspicious behavior.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management and assist with other duties.
