Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a Front-of-Store Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, greet customers, and support store management. The role requires wearing a body-worn camera, standing at the front of the store, and upholding safety and company policies in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with management and LP teams to observe and report suspicious behavior, perform safety sweeps, and help protect the brand.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods, in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
