Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a front‑of‑store associate in California to support loss prevention and customer service. You will wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and refer inquiries to management or customer service as needed. The role emphasizes safety, brand protection, and teamwork with store management.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods and 0–2 years of retail or security experience, with opportunities for growth within TJX Companies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper front-of-store posture and act as a visual deterrent.
• Wear a Company‑approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and refer them to management or service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management and perform other duties as assigned.
