Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies is seeking staff to support district loss prevention and store management. The role focuses on deterring theft, maintaining safety, and delivering a positive shopping experience while adhering to company policies and culture.

You will work at the front of the store, wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and coordinate with store teams. Prior retail or security experience is valued. Opportunities for growth exist within TJX family.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Review and follow the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Stand at the front of the store or in a department and assist customers.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
