Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a frontline associate to deter theft, assist customers, and support store operations. You’ll wear a body worn camera, greet shoppers, and help through emergencies with the Store Emergency Response Guide.

This role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and strong communication while standing at the front of the store; prior retail or security experience is a plus, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain front-of-store presence as a visual deterrent.
• Wear a Company approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist via store channels.
• Refer requests for assistance to store management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Close the store with a management-approved safety sweep.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
