Marshalls in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention role to deter theft, assist customers, and partner with store teams. You will maintain a visible front-of-store position and wear a body worn camera while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years in retail or security, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with good time management. This is a full-time position in a store setting with opportunities for growth within TJX.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Prioritizes and manages workload with strong time management.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper front-of-store stance in designated area.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Wear a complete Company uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
