Job summary

You will monitor entrances, greet customers with a friendly, energetic presence, and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty. Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred; flexible availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Energetic greeting with strong posture and positive demeanor.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with focus.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Strong leadership to foster productive relationships.
