Burlington is hiring a Shortage Control Associate to help create a secure shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service. You will monitor entrances/exits, greet customers warmly, and participate in loss prevention initiatives to reduce theft and protect assets.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or retail, a strong sense of situational awareness, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, hospitality or retail experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain alert presence at store entrances and exits to reduce theft.
• Greet customers with a confident, friendly greeting.
• Perform bag checks in accordance with safety standards.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support loss prevention programs through store rallies and training.
