You will stand at store entrances, greet customers, and actively monitor for theft, while partnering with leadership to report incidents and reinforce shortage reduction programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers; energetic greeting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits, and high‑risk areas to deter theft.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident greeting and promote security.
• Identify suspicious activity and report to Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety procedures.
