Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to deter theft.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks for associates, following safety standards.
• Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and dress standards.
